1. Acceptance

By using nudge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service description

nudge is a personal content organization tool that lets you save URLs, organize them with AI assistance, and track your intentions to act on saved content. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Account

You must provide a valid email address to use nudge. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use nudge for any commercial purpose without prior written consent; attempt to reverse-engineer the application; use the service to store or share illegal content; abuse the AI features or attempt to circumvent usage limits.

5. Content ownership

You retain full ownership of the URLs and notes you save. nudge does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Third-party content (videos, images, articles) remains the property of their respective owners.

6. No warranties

nudge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that saved content will always be accessible (as it depends on third-party URLs).

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nudge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
